1. Warranty period and parts details are warranted

Warranty period:

• Warranty without charge: 3 years
• Warranty fee: Indefinite

Warranty details:

* Renew products of the same type within 7 days of use if the product has technical errors.

2. Regulations on products with free warranty

These products are warranted for free when ensuring the following conditions:

• The product has warranty period and warranty registration (from the date indicated on the invoice of purchase documents).
• The warranty period is recorded on the warranty card and in accordance with technical regulations.
• Must have warranty card and warranty stamp of the company affixed on the product, the delivery note of the agent authorized by Tin Thanh Phat.
• The serial number and stamp on the product must be intact, not torn or lost.
• The serial number on the product, on the warranty card and on the delivery slip must be the same.

3. Regulations on products are not covered by free warranty

• Misuse of the product does not follow the technical regulations of each product detail.
• The product has exceeded the warranty period indicated on the coupon or lost the warranty card.
• The warranty seal is torn, broken, glued or modified.
• Warranty card does not specify serial number and date of purchase.
• The serial number on the product is wrong (or blurry, unrecognizable) compared to the warranty card.
• The product is damaged by external impacts such as falling, breakage, impact, scratches, dented, damp, rusty, watery or fire, natural disasters.
• The product has signs of being repaired before being taken to the Service Center that Trust Thanh Phat has authorized.
